Day Camp FAQ

Do we really need to complete all the waiver and forms?
Yes. These forms are to be completed in their entirety. Please mail the forms 2 weeks prior to the camp or bring the forms with you.

How are the players generally grouped?
For day campers, the groups will be determined by the age and skill level. If it’s a large group, it will also be sorted by gender.

What soccer equipment should the camper bring?
You should send your camper appropriately dressed and ready to play soccer. Please make sure your child has: a soccer ball sized correctly for your child, soccer cleats, shin guards, one pair of flat soled shoes (indoor soccer cleats or sneakers), a rain jacket, and plenty of fluids. Flat soled shoes may be required if the campers have to move to an indoor facility due to weather of if the coach will work on fitness training.

Should I pack a lunch or snacks for my child?
Yes. Full day campers will break for lunch and half day campers will break for a snack.

Should I have my camper pack their inhaler?
Yes. Please have all necessary medications with your child. All medications must be listed on the medical release form.

Residential Camp FAQ

For residential campers, the groups are determined by age, gender and skill level.

What soccer equipment should the camper bring?

Will the residential camp have air conditioning?
There are air conditioned and non air conditioned dorm rooms. This information will be provided upon registration of your child.

Will the residential camp have laundry facilities?
This will depend on the location of the residential camp. This information will be provided upon registration of your child.

Can I receive a refund if my child leaves early due to illness, injury, or home sickness?
Please review the cancellation policy.

Can my child keep his/her medications with them?
No, all medication must be turned in to the medical staff when you check in to the camp. The camper should report to the medical trainer to receive their prescribed does. This is for prescription medication and over-the-counter medications. This is required for the safety of all the campers.

Where do I go if I’m arriving to the residential camp after the initial check in process is over?
If you are arriving late please indicate this on your registration form. If you have unforeseen circumstances and are arriving late, please contact the Camp Supervisor via email or phone. Proceed to the check in area where you will be met by a staff member.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is due at the time of registration for all the day camps. A deposit of $200 is due at the time of registration for residential camps, the remainder is due within 45 days before the camp start date. Cancellation before 45 days of the start of the camp will receive a full refund. Cancellation after 45 days of the start of the camp will be charge a $150 cancellation fee for the residential camps and a $35 fee for the day camps. Once the camps have begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason. We will use our best efforts to meet the commitments described for the camps. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery of camp services in the event of inclement weather or other acts of god.

Will my daughter’s room have a refrigerator, TV, and phone?
No. Depending on the dorm/college, refrigerator, TV, and phone may be use. This information will be confirmed upon registration.

Will my camper have access to an equipment store?
No. Please bring extra apparel and equipment as you feel necessary.

Will all the meals be provided at the residential camp and will there be a good variety?
Yes. The campers will receive 3 meals a day. If your child has restrictions to their diet, please note that on your registration form. PLEASE NOTE ALL FOOD ALLERGIES.

Will my camper have access to ice and water at the camp?
Yes. There will be ice and water available at the camp. The training staff will provide ice and water at each filed for the campers to drink. The campers are encouraged to bring their own water container.

What kind of supervision do the campers receive in the dorms?
Each dorm floor will have at least 1 camp administrator. If medical assistance is necessary the camp administrator will contact a trainer immediately.

Will my daughter roommate request be honored?
We cannot guarantee room requests. However, we will make every effort to honor all the requests that we receive. Most rooms will be doubles (2 beds), but in some cases triples may be available. Requests for blocks of rooms near each other will not be honored.

Can parents come and observe?
Yes.
